Air Quality Testing provides valuable information, especially for those with allergies or concerns of mold. Clients are able to choose from a list of potential allergens and mold types for testing, including the dreaded black mold. Pricing varies based on lab costs and the specific items you'd like to test for. The goal is to provide my clients with as much information as possible.
The testing process requires an air pump, cassettes, shipping cassettes to a lab, and then the lab analyzes the samples based on what is ordered, and will generate a report.

A Sewer Scope Inspection consist of running a camera system through the plumbing materials to determine the condition of the lines that are only visible via camera or digging up the yard. This inspection allows you to see the inside of the system to determine if there are any breaks, cracks, clogs, crushed lines, tree roots, and potentially even lost items and jewelry.
My system gives me the option to take pictures, video, and even use a microphone to explain what you see on the footage.

Pool Inspections consist of checking the liner, grading, pool pumps, filters, electrical, lights, fence & gate, and other safety features. Pools can be expensive to repair, so if the pool is accessible for inspection, it would be in the client's best interest to have it inspected prior to purchase.

If you are purchasing a manufactured home, some loans require a HUD permanent foundation inspection. Here at Skelton House 2 Home Services, we have you covered. We are certified to perform these inspections and provide you with a structural letter needed for your manufactured home purchase!

After an inspection, there are usually repairs requested by the buyer. For a small fee, I go back out to the house to evaluate the repairs to verify they are made correctly. I also inspect portions of houses if you are specifically concerned about a particular area. For example, most buyers are specifically concerned about the condition of the crawl space or foundation.
